PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Red Bridge Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 & 2 (the 'Districts'), will hold a joint meeting of the Boards on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, commencing at 3:00 p.m., at 6955 S Union Park Center, Suite 300, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda.

A. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure).
