PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Wheeler Basin Local District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, commencing at 3:15 p.m., at 3925 Snowbasin, Ogden, Utah, 84403 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda.
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
III. OTHER BUSINESS
IV. ADJOURNMENT
