- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit for 368 East Mountain View Drive, of the Cedar Breaks Mountain Estates, Unit B , lot 1 and Unit A, lot 71 for a Home Occupation identified in Section 9-10-5C of the Brian Head Town Code for snow removal, lot clearing, fire mitigation and potable water delivery business. The current zone for this location is single-family residential (R1). The public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Brian Head Planning Commission on November 21, 2023 scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. Those wishing to comment are limited to three minutes or may submit a written comment to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by to PO Box 190068 - 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than November 17, 2023 by 4:30 pm. Those wishing to review the information on the proposed Conditional Use Permit may do so at the Brian Head Town offices during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
