a. Members share their Data Summary Tool information about what's contributing to the issue
2. Decide which Contributing Factors to Focus On (20 minutes per issue)
3. Identify existing community resources (20 minutes)
a. Members share information from their Key Stakeholder Interviews and brainstorm additional
resourcesSelecting strategies overview (10 minutes)
a. Review parameters and guidelines for selecting strategies
4. Research strategies for the strategic plan (If time allows)
a. Brainstorm potential strategies and identify gaps in knowledge or need
b. Individual and small group research into strategies
5. Wrap up and next steps (15 minutes)
a. Review action steps/responsible members/time for completion
b. Meeting check-out
c. Meeting #5 overview
d. Complete the Coalitions Lite evaluation survey
