Chad Wright, Nibley City Recreation Director - To discuss Hyrum City's participation in Nibley City's sporting events, and to ask Hyrum City's participation to help fund a study in regards to a new indoor recreation center in Nibley. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES A. Resolution 23-22 - A resolution authorizing Board Member Stephanie Miller to receive compensation for service on the Board of Directors of the Utah Local Governments Trust. B.
