Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Member Present Mayor Mistie Christiansen, Councilman Varian Allen, Councilman Jesse Allan, Councilwoman Carrie Childs, Councilwoman Shalane Christiansen, Other in attendance Tara Payne, MaryAnn Wright Call to Order Mistie called the meeting to order at 7:00pm Minuets Varian made a motion to approve the minutes motion was seconded by Shalane, motion passed. Open invoice Jesse made a motion to approve the bills motion was seconded by Varian. Mistie called for a roll-call vote Jesse aye, Shalane aye, Carrie aye, Varian aye, motion passed. Backhoe Varian reported that they wont let him go pick up the back hoe so we will need to make arrangements. Cost of the backhoe $20250.00 they will give us some filters to go with it. Motion was made to ratify the purchase of the backhoe by Varian motion was seconded by Shalane. Mistie called for a roll-call vote Jesse aye, Shalane aye, Carrie aye, Varian aye, motion passed.
