- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) desires to retain the services of a Professional Consulting Engineering Firm to assist with the design of Phase IV of 1200 West, a regional north-south corridor through Springville City. Phase IV design of the regional corridor entails 1200 W from 550 N to 1400 N (SR-75) and includes a bridge over Hobble Creek. The road length is approximately 4880 feet. 5 copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the City by 2:00 PM on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2023 to Springville City Hall, 110 South Main Street, Springville UT 84663. The complete request for proposal is found online via Sciquest using the following link: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah. (From the link, search for Springville City 1200 W Phase IV 550 N - 1400 N Road Design). Questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted online via Sciquest. All questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted before 1:00 PM on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2023. The firm will be selected on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2023 and a Notice of Award is anticipated to be issued on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2023. The SPRINGVILLE CITY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the City. Only proposals giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted.
