- The Smithfield City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Resolution 23-16, a Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
