- Public Notice: Notice of Election - Ephraim City's 2023 Municipal Election Public notice is hereby given to inform residents of Ephraim City that there will be a municipal general election on November 21, 2023, for the following offices: Three At-Large City Council Positions (four-year term) Notice of Election: A Municipal Election will be conducted for Ephraim City on November 21st, 2023. All eligible voters are encouraged to participate in this democratic process to shape the future of our community.
