Description/Agenda: Garfield County Library Board Meeting AUGUST 17, 2023, AT 7:00 PM The Garfield County Board meeting was at the Panguitch City Library at 25 South 200 East. Those in attendance were Suzanne Dunham, Verlaine Spencer, Lyle Talbot, Kathy Peterson, Tracy Wright, Evan Boshell, Tyrissa Howell and Ray Christensen. CALL TO ORDER Suzanne Dunham called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. BOARD BUSINESS Tracy Wright went over changes made to the bylaws. The library is certified. There was a discussion on the new website. Everyone was asked to send anything they would like to see on the strategic plan to Suzanne. SETTING OF NEXT MEETING The next meeting is set for November 9, 2023, at 7 p.m. ADJOURNMENT Evan Boshell moved, seconded by Lyle Talbot to adjourn at 8:27 PM.
