- Notice and Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the San Juan County Water Conservancy District will hold its regular Board Meeting on November 16, 2023 at 6:00 pm in Blanding, Utah at The District Office. The proposed agenda is as follows: 1. Review and approval of the September 21, 2023 minutes. 2. Public Comment 3. Chairman report: a. Investments b. Financial Report c. Colorado River Advisory Board Update 4. Manager's Report: a. YTD Actuals b. Check register 5. Crystal Victoria water lease update 6. Budget Adjustment and review 2024 budget. 7. Vote to go into executive session. 8. Legal Opinions Discussion: Executive session. 9. Water Rights Discussion: Executive session. 10. Vote to come out of executive session. 11. Discussion of new Wells Fargo US Treasury and Money Market 12. Vote to open Wells Fargo accounts. 13. Water Sales and Leases 14. Maintenance/Repair report 15. Reservoir reports - Kyson/Nate Note: Next meeting is scheduled for December 7, 6:00 pm at The District Office in Blanding, Utah.
