MIDVALE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA NOVEMBER 14, 2023 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Midvale City Council will hold a public meeting on the 14th day of November 2023 at Midvale City Hall, 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah as follows: Electronic & In-Person City Council Meeting This meeting will be held electronically and in-person. Public comments may be submitted electronically to the City Council at www.Midvale.Utah.gov by 5:00pm on November 13th. The meeting will be broadcast on the following: You Tube: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM PUBLIC MEETING I. Public meeting to hear arguments for and against the Midvale Recreation Bond proposition from the public with respect to the issuance of approximately $11,200,000 of General Obligation Bonds for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs to construct a new recreation center, including a community pool, and other recreational amenities, including trails, and all related improvements. The Bonds to be due and payable not more than 31 years from the issuance of the bonds. [Matt Dahl, City Manager] II.
