Planner: Charlie Ewert 2.2 ZTA2023-03.1: Action on proposed amendments to the architectural theme requirements and standards of the Form- Based Zone to allow a wider range of style options. Planner: Charlie Ewert 2.3 ZDA 2022-02: Consideration of an applicant driven request to amend the development agreement between Weber County and CW The Basin to allow short term rentals and transferrable development rights.
