Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Thursday, November 16, 2023. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.
A workshop starting at 5:30 P.M. will be held to discuss the 150 North 400 West road improvement project.

5. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2023-11, a Resolution requesting the recertification of the Justice Court of Richmond City.
6. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2023-12, a Resolution appointing Mike Arnold as Trustee representing Richmond City, Smithfield City and Lewiston City on the Cache Valley Transit District Board of Trustees effective January 1, 2024.
7. Discussion and possible vote on updates to the Employee Personnel Manual.
8. Staff reports and monthly financial review.
