PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

SWEARING IN OF NEWLY APPOINTED COMMISSIONER
PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Gordon & 89 Town Center - GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
The City will review an amendment to the General Plan to include a small area master plan for the Gordon Avenue and Highway 89 town center. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity for the public to review the plan and provide any additional feedback. No formal decision will be made at this time during the hearing.
2. Seboya Farms - GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, and REZONE
The applicant, Brad Frost, on behalf of Ovation Homes, is requesting a General Plan amendment from Residential Neighborhood to Condo/Apartment and rezone from A (Agriculture) to R-H PRUD (High Density Residential, Planned Residential Unit Development) of approximately 20.10 acres. The property is located at 1248 West Gentile Street.
3. Kays Creek Estates PRUD Phase 5 - PRUD AMENDMENT
The applicant, Brad Frost, on behalf of Kays Creek Estates PRUD Homeowners Association, is requesting an amendment to relocate recorded open space for Kays Creek Estates PRUD. The property is located at approximately 1050 South Angel Street.
4. 1650 West Gentile Street - REZONE
The applicant, Ray DePrizio, is requesting a rezone of 0.46 acres from PB (Professional Office) to R-S (Residential Suburban). The property is located at 1650 West Gentile Street.
