Military and overseas voters can also contact the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), which
provides tools and resources to ensure that U.S. citizens who want to vote can do so
from anywhere in the world.
Voters can find instructions and the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), which is the
registration form, or the Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB), the backup ballot, online.

If you don't receive a ballot in time to vote, you may complete a FWAB. For the upcoming election,
you would go to the bottom of the FWAB and write in the office and preferred candidate's name of
your choice on ballot initiatives and return that to our office.
