Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday Nov 8, 2023 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, Nov 8, 2023 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1- Action Item-Review and approve minutes of Oct 11, 2023 Council meeting. 2.-Action Item-Review & approval of Oct 11- Nov 8, 2023 Bills/Payroll 3- Action Item-Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information-Trash pumps, snow plow, County master water plan. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 5-Discuss and vote-Water Update. Roads- Sam Patterson 6- Discuss and vote- Road Updates Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell 7-Discuess- Planning Commission meeting update Parks- Mariah Huggins 8-Discuss-General Park update 9-Discussion and possible vote-Roof repairs or replacement Fire Department-Sheriff's Office-Adjournment
