Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting November 9, 2023 - 7:00 p.m. Plain City Cemetery Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Plain City Corp-Sexton Top Tier Yard Care/Caretaker Charra Bradford/Grounds Employee Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held September 14, 2023. The meeting for October 12, 2023 was discussed by phone with the board members. 2. Review, discuss and approve the financial and bank statements for the 3rd quarter of 2023. 3. Review, discuss and approve the tentative budget for the year 2024 and set a public hearing for December 14, 2023 to approve the final adoption of said budget. 4. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 5. Review and discuss the remodeled building. a. Discuss a sign be made and placed on the front door consisting of phone numbers and contacts. b. Discuss purchasing a white magnetic board to hang map up by the main door. c. Ross is meeting with the people who installed floor. Rough edges and a couple of bubbles. 6. Discuss the moving of files and records to the Plain City Cemetery Building. a. What kind of help is needed? b. What is the update for the online program? c. Archiving records. 7. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 8. Adjourn.
