Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss and consider approval of the minutes of the previous meeting b. Action report on last week's City Council meeting (Michele) c. Discussion of the RAP tax application which needs to be updated and posted online (Michele) d. Discussion of the timeline for Art on Loan and updates to the application (Michele) e. Update on the Arts Corridor Project - discussion of how much RAP tax to ask for (Michele and Liz) f. Update on grant application that is due on February 1, 2024 (Michele/Daphne) g. Discussion of the Arts Master Plan which needs to be finalized and approved h. Updates on the website (Kristina) i. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair 3. Reports a. Additional items 4.
