Wohali Phase 2D Preliminary Plan 721 N Icy Spring Road Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend an action on the proposed Wohali Phase 2D, Preliminary Plan, 721 N Icy Springs Road, The Public Hearing is Scheduled on Monday, November 20, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed Phase 2-D includes a private roadway extension and shared driveways to access 6 resorts units within the Village Center adjacent to the existing golf practice range. The Preliminary Plan requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
