NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section l ? B-1-609, the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County, Utah (the ' Board ') will hold a public hearing on Wednesday , December 6th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo , Utah, to consider the adoption of the 2024 budget for the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County , Utah. After the public hearing, the Board may make final adjustments to the tentative budget of the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County , Utah , and by resolution shall adopt said budget to be in effect for the next calendar yea r, subject to further amendment.
