Legislative Items
Legislative items are recommendations to the City Council. Broad public input will be taken and considered on each item. All legislative items recommended at this meeting will be scheduled for review at the next available City Council meeting.
7. Discussion and consideration of a request to rezone property located at 3230 W 300 N from R-2 to R-3 (Residential 3.6 units per acre) PRUD overlay zone; Capital Reef Management LLC, applicant (The public hearing was held on October 26, 2023)
