NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-8, Recertification of the Gunnison City Justice Court 2) Review Bids and Proposed Approval of Network Management Contract for Gunnison City 3) Discuss and Possible Approval of Contribution to Panoramaland RC&D 4) Discuss Use Fees for the School use of the Pool and other Pool Issues. 5) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, September 7, 2011, Open Session and Wednesday, September 21, 2011 Open and Closed Sessions 6) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 7) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 8) Closed Session 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
