NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE The SANPETE WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.- The SANPETE WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT tax on a $332,000 residence would increase from $38.89 to $72.99, which is $34.10 per year.- The SANPETE WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT tax on a $332,000 business would increase from $70.72 to $132.73, which is $62.01 per year.- If the proposed budget is approved, SANPETE WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 87.68% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
