- November 3, 2023 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Planner 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing for the following: Homesteads Development Agreement Amendment Applicant initiated amendment to the Homesteads Development Agreement. This amendment would allow for live-work units within POD 1 of the development as well as enhancing the nearby road to create better pedestrian crossings, bicycle infrastructure, and street parking. The development agreement also includes provisions for a dog park and infrastructure for a future community garden. The hearing will be held at the Vineyard Planning Commission on November 15, 2023, at 6pm and City Council on December 13, 2023, at 6pm. The hearing will be located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vinyardutah.org prior to the meeting. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Notice will be posted at the Vineyard City Offices, Vineyard City Hall and on the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities. /s/ Cache Hancey, Planner
