November 6, 2023 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday, November 6, 2023, at 4:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 2171 West 900 South (Same White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Robert Merrick for a site plan amendment to change exterior materials for BMW, located at 2171 West 900 South in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1427 West State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of TWH Holdings LLC for a site plan to amend the colors for the Seven Brothers Restaurant, located at approx. 1427 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 55 E Center Street (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Anderson for a site plan for the Thai House Restaurant to add a sunroom, located at 55 East Center Street in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone.
