- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for an amendment to the Factory Powersports PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) and adopt a development agreement for the purpose of adding a 6,900 square foot addition to their existing building on this 2.23-acre PD-C. This project is located at 1685 East Red Hills Parkway. The applicant is General Properties, LLC and the representative is Russell Key. The project will be known as Factory Powersports Addition. Case No. 2023-PDA-019 Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
