Potential action to approve restructured SCSB budget for FY24. 10:50 a.m. Information Item: Staff report and update on third-party survey, at the direction of the board, from the SCSB October 2023 meeting. 11:00 a.m. Information Item: Staff report and update on board retreat discussion item from the SCSB October 2023 meeting. 11:10 a.m. Information Item: Review rewording of the SCSB strategic plan as discussed in the SCSB October 2023 meeting. 11:20 a.m. Information Item: Board and Staff reports from the National Association of Charter School Authorizers 2023 conference. 12:00 p.m. LUNCH 1:00 p.m. School Spotlight: Promontory School of Expeditionary Learning 1:15 p.m. Information Item: Staff review of new school application, new satellite and large expansion processes. 1:30 p.m. Action Item: Legislative review by Vice Chair Phillips and associated legislative updates by the Utah Association of Public Charter Schools and Utah Charter Network. Potential action to authorize Vice Chair Phillips to make decisions on behalf of the SCSB regarding the legislative session, consistent with the SCSB strategic plan. 2:30 pm. Executive Session (if needed): Closed Session in Accordance with The Utah Open and Public Meetings Act for Purposes Outlined in Law. Action from Closed Session, if needed. 3:00 p.m. Adjourn
