- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOVEMBER 14, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal for a Town Center Small Area Master Plan of approximately 44 acres of property. The property is located at approximately 2700 East Gordon Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for the public to provide comments or feedback on the proposed Small Area Master Plan in preparation for the Planning Commission to consider the item during a future meeting. This public hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. If you desire further information regarding this proposal please contact the Community and Economic Development Department at 336-3780.
