- To be posted on Thursday, November 2, 2023, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Brent Bytendorp Enterprises Landscaping Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 11841 S Blue Heron Drive. The purpose of the request is to approve a home occupation conditional use permit for a landscaping business. The hearing will be on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall; 1020 E.
