NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 31 North Church Street. The council will receive public comment regarding the following item:
A proposed vacation of a portion of the public utility easement along the north property line at 348 North 1160 East, Lot 3 Quail Run Estates Plat A as shown below.
Copies of the proposed vacation is available at the City Administration Office Building at 51 E. Main Street or by emailing tlurker@americanfork.gov. All interested people are invited to attend and make comments. After the public hearing, the council will have the opportunity to approve or deny the public utility easement vacation.
