NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF A STREET RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that American Fork City will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 31 N. Church Street, for the purpose of receiving of public comment regarding the vacating of a portion of the street right of way on 1100 South from approximately 450 West to 290 West to accommodate a road re-alignment.
Copies of the proposed vacation is available at the City Administration Office Building at 51 E. Main Street or by emailing tlurker@americanfork.gov. All interested people are invited to attend and make comments.
