New clerk and New Board member Board meeting schedule 2024 Retirement party Dec 2, 2023 New phone list for 2024 WATER Ensign Engineering on water funding/well Water meters - being installed Blue Stakes - who will be the person to do markings - bid job Status of funding Lead pipe identification grant Business Licenses - due in December Community Center Compressor ADA sign in parking lot Fire department - Election for town board to be cancelled Ballot box in clerk office 10 to 12 Tues Fire Department - Marnie Reynolds on ambulance Landfill - new board member will supervise and bid 2 part time jobs. Park - bushes pulled out - cement steps replaced in spring 2024. Public Works - mosquito spraying in 2023 Roads-downed Road signs - new signs regarding ATV's in town Updated Pandemic plan and Chain of Command Planning Commission - meeting prior to this meeting, recommendations Sign Ordinances Mail Finances review and approve expenditures for month Review last fiscal year to date income and expenditures.
