AGENDA SENIOR CITIZEN ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING November 7, 2023 10:00 am Eagle Mountain Senior Center, 1632 E Heritage Dr. Eagle Mountain Utah 84005 1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance. 4. November activities a. November 2nd Lunch Bunch Warrens Family Restaurant b. November 7th Senior Council at 10 am c. Lunches 1,8,9,15,16, 29, 30 d. Painting, Puzzles and quilts every Wednesday e. Craft on Thursday the 16th for Christmas f. Thanksgiving basket activity Nov 20th the Monday before thanksgiving i. Macys supplying pies ii. Tyson turkeys 20 iii. Senior to provide can good or whatever else we need iv. We will ask Costco (Sandy), Smiths (Annette) and Ridleys (Joye) if they can donate to our baskets Often these store will give gift certificates toward purchase of items. g. We will be closed for activities and lunch the 22, and 23 for Thanksgiving h. Nov 27th Bingo with pot Luck 5. December activities a. Dec 5 Senior Council Meeting b. Lunches Served 6,13,14,20,21 c. Wednesday art classes, Quilts, and Puzzles d. Lunch Bunch Dec 7 e. Christmas Craft Dec 14 f. Christmas light tour Dec 14?? g. Possible Activity on the 11th h. Christmas bingo Dec 18th with a pot luck 6. Report on Assignments a. Horseshoe pit is progressing, we will have a ribbon cutting ceremony when complete, it is turning out great. b. We need to purchase on more long table and 1 More umbrella c. Report on progress with stores for baskets. d. Looking to January we have Karans Son coming on the 22 of January to speak on security of devices.
