NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT SPECIAL MEETING ON NOVEMBER 3, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 11:00 A.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of the District No. 1 Board meeting held on October 16, 2023.
2. Approve the minutes of the District No. 2 Board meeting held on October 16, 2023.
C. Action Items
1. Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the District No. 1 operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023, and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
2. Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the District No. 2 operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023, and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
3. Consider adoption of the District No. 1 tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
4. Consider adoption of the District No. 2 tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Review District No. 1 & 2 financial statements for Q3 and draft financial statements for EOY 2023 with CLA.
