PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Coalville City Council will conduct its regular meeting at the above time and place specified. This notice has been posted in at least 3 places 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Attested by RaeShel Hortin, City Treasurer PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Council Development Code Clarification Amendments Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly take action on proposed Development Code Clarification Amendments (Ordinance No. 2023-4). The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 13th, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org. For further information, please contact RaeShel Hortin, City Treasurer, at Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main Street, PO Box 188, Coalville, Utah 84017, 435-336-5981, cityyhall@coalvillecity.org. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
