Description/Agenda: The San Juan County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the San Juan County Administration Building, 117 South Main, Monticello, Utah. During the meeting, the San Juan Board of Commissioners will accept public comment regarding the application for a rezone for ESP Spanish Valley, LLC's Development which includes parcels 27S22E010002 and 27S22E011800. The property totals approx. 45.5 +/- acres and is currently in the Spanish Valley Residential District (SVR). The application is to rezone the property to the Spanish Valley Residential Flex (RF).
