- NOTICE OF A VINEAYRD YOUTH COUNCIL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING November 2, 2023, at 6:30 PM _______________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Youth Council will hold a kickoff meeting on Tuesday, November 2, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER City Recorder Pamela Spencer will call the meeting to order. 2. SWEARING IN OF EXECUTIVE BOARD City Recorder Pamela Spencer will swear in the elected and appointed members of the Youth Council Executive Board. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - Bylaws Amendments The youth council review and possibly act to adopt amendments to their bylaws. 4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS November 4 - Blizzard Race 5. KINDNESS WEEK PLEDGE Special Events Manager Anna Nelson will present the Kindness Week Pledge. Members of the Youth Council will be given the opportunity to take this pledge. 6. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday December 7, 2023.
