The Authority will accept public comment and may approve the following items:

Consideration of Issuance and Sale of Not More Than $40,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2023, and Any Potential Economic Impact That the Improvements, Facility, or Property Financed In Whole or In Part with the Proceeds of the Bonds May Have On the Private Sector.

For the following matters, the Authority may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration.
