- THIS PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN CANCELLED City of Monticello PUBLIC HEARING Variance Application Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, beginning at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following land use variance application. 1) For RV Stalls to be allowed at the San Juan County Fairgrounds. Copies of the request are available for public inspection in the Monticello City office. Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, PO Box 457, Monticello, Ut 84535. Comments must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend either of these hearings may call the Monticello City office at least three (3) days prior to the meeting, at 425-587-2271. - THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
