The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 2nd day of November 2023.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from October 19, 2023.
6- Vibes Season Review.
7- Discussion and possible approval of zoning amendment of parcel # 1A-1277-0003 from R1-5000 to R3-5000.
8- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a tool chest and tools for the fire department in the amount of $3,200.
9- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing outside lights for the Public Safety Building in the amount of $1820.
10- Discussion and possible approval of decals for Public Works Vehicles.
11- Introduction of Public Works Co-Directors.
12- Discussion and possible approval of Public Works wage increase from promotions and wage recovery distribution.
Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads.
Possible closed session.
