PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Final Plat
A. EAGLE HAVEN SUBDIVISION PLAT B. This proposal involves the development of 4 residential lots located at 263 South Spanish Fork Parkway.
B. WESTRIDGE BUSINESS PARK - CONDO PLAT. This proposal involves approval for a 33 unit industrial condominium plat located at 585 West 3800 North.
3. Site Plan
A. WESTRIDGE BUSINESS PARK. This proposal involves the industrial development of two lots located at 585 West 3800 North and 531 West and 3800 North.
4. Zone Change
A. RECREATION CENTER ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-O Residential Office to P-F Public Facilities in anticipation of construction for the Spanish Fork City Recreational Center located at 1102 South Main Street.
