Spirit Park Water Conservation Project
Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the Spirit Park Water Conservation Landscape Project. Work on this project consists primarily of:
- Remove and dispose of 22, 500 square feet of existing grass and associated irrigation system
- Furnish and install new irrigation system
- Place 1,320 feet of 6' X 4' concrete curbing
- Place 16,085 square feet of geotextile fabric
- Place 3,600 cubic feet of common fill
- Place 5,760 square feet of landscape bark
- Place 14,800 square feet of landscape rock
- Place 1,280 square feet of 2' thick decomposed granite / 2' thick base course
- Plant (51) 5-gallon shrubs
- Haul and place (50) City supplied boulders
- Other items as specified.
Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on November 9, 2023 and can be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders registered on the plan holder's list, may request to attend
the opening via Zoom meeting by sending a request to the purchasing department,
ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
