NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REQUEST TO VACATE AND/OR AMEND CERTAIN UINTAH COUNTY ROADS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND MAKE APPROPRIATE CHANGES TO THE UINTAH COUNTY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM MAP
Pursuant to U.C.A. 72-3-108 (2)(a), the Uintah County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Uintah County Commission Chambers located at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah to receive public comment regarding a request to vacate and remove from the Uintah County Transportation System Map the following:
Class 'D' County Roads:
1. T4S R21E Sec.17: A Class B County Road 1250 North, which is located on private land.
Maps of these road vacation requests are available in the Uintah County Community Development Office during regular business hours.
