- Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda November 6th, 2023 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, November 6th, 2023, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Janet McCrea; John Ashby; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Mark Mumford; Dorian Page; Carter Wilkey; Assistant City Attorney Joeseph Farnsworth; Chief Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Variance that the applicant must certify that the Home Occupation will not violate the CC&R's that regulate the dwelling for property located at 2587 North 550 West/ Brant Parker. 5. Appeal of staff decision denial of Reasonable Accommodations for properties located at 908 East Fiddlers Canyon Road, and 991 South Interstate Drive/ Access Foundation Corp.
