IVINS CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA November 2, 2023 Mayor Chris Hart City Council Members Lance Anderson Jenny Johnson Dennis Mehr Adel Murphy Mike Scott City Manager/Attorney: Dale Coulam The Ivins City Council will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, November 2, 2023. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person and electronically. You may watch the live audio and video feed by going to www.ivins.com under 'Upcoming Events'. The Mayor and/or City Council Members may attend via telephone conference if they are unable to attend in person. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-14R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, adopting the 2023 Water Conservation Plan for Ivins City 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2023-21, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending regulations for landscaping and water conservation for developing land in Ivins City, Utah B. Discuss and consider approval of a Preliminary Plan for Movara Fitness Resort Spa Suite Expansion, located at approximately 290 West Fitness Way. Movara Fitness, LLC-Owner. Cameron Kelsch-Applicant C. Discuss and consider updating the RAP (Recreation Arts & Parks) application for the Arts with a digital version to post on the website D. Discuss and consider a request to use the remaining $6,000 in RAP tax to fund the 2024 Art on Loan program E. Discussion regarding consideration of a future Resolution to set aside an amount of RAP (Recreation Arts & Parks) to fund the Arts Corridor F.
