HINCKLEY TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Hinckley Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 7 pm in the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive and consider public comment on the proposed ordinance to amend Hinckley Town Code, Title 10, Zoning Regulations, Chapter 20, Recreational Vehicles. The ordinance considers amending and including recreational vehicle uses such as vacation use, construction or renovation, economic hardship, and recreational vehicle parks.
