EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on November 7, 2023, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Recorded Plat Amendment: o Jewkes Plat Amendment. Amending Plat F of Cedar Pass Ranch Subdivision by creating a new 'Cedar Pass Ranch Plat F Amended Lot 85 Subdivision' which vacates Lot 85 (2792 Ranch Road; Utah County Serial # 36:649:0085) of the original plat and features a change to the original plat's note 3 to allow Lot 85 to have a 35' front setback in lieu of 50'. Eagle Mountain City Point of Contact: Robert Hobbs rhobbs@emcity.org - Rezone: o Brylee North Commercial. Rezoning 17.26 acres adjacent to Eagle Mountain Boulevard from Mixed Commercial to Commercial Regional. Address or Parcel Number(s): 59:034:0171.
