NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2024 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET AND FEE SCHEDULE
Heber Light & Power will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 6:00 pm to take public comment on (1) the Company's proposed 2024 Capital and Operating Budget which includes $300,000 in distributions to the Company's owner municipalities, and (2) the Company's proposed Fee Schedule which may impose new fees or increase fees for certain services provided by the Company. The meeting will be held at Heber Light & Power, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah.
