1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER.
Chairman Klansey Bateman called the meeting to order 5:03pm.
2. ROLL CALL.
Present: Chairman Klansey Bateman (PHONE)
Boardmember Jose Botello

EXCUSED: Board Member Randy Croasmun, Boardmember Bryan Soriano
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Boardmember Jose Botello.
4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY MARCH 28TH, 2023.

Motion made by Chairman Klansey Bateman, second by Board Member Jose Botello to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning meeting held on Tuesday March 28th, 2023. All in favor, Motion Passed.
5. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY, MARCH 28TH, 2023.

Motion made by Chairman Klansey Bateman, second by Board Member Jose Botello to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning Public hearing meeting held on Tuesday March 28th, 2023. All in favor, Motion Passed.
6. RECOMMENDATION FOR SUBDIVION OR ZONING CHANGE FOR PARCEL 08-000-A-0020; EDGAR COLLAZO
Edgar Collazo presented proposal to planning and zoning for possible recommendation on said parcel. Edgar informed board his parcel is in a commercial zone as of now and is hoping to subdivide it between commercial and residential or if board had any other recommendations they could give him. Chairman Klansey Bateman informed Edgar at one point he thinks Wendover City stopped doing spot zoning. Klansey is to get with City Attorney Dallin Littlefield to ask in regards changing commercial zone to residential. Edgar asks board if it would be possible to place trailer on parcel location so he is no having to pay lot rent, Chairman Klansey Bateman and Boardmember Jose Botello informed Edgar he is ok to set up trailer without any services.
7. APPOINTMENT OF NEW VICE CHAIRPERSON FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 2023.
Chairman Klansey Bateman made motion to tabled item number #11 at this time.
8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
City Clerk Liliana Soriano informed board that Baptist church wants to place large conex box near building for storage and asked if this needs to go through Planning and Zoning or permit. Chairman Klansey Bateman informed Liliana as long as they meet the right setbacks it should not be a problem.
9. NEW BUSINESS.
None.

11. WORK SHOP; DESCRIPTIONS AND OTHER POSSIBLE CHANGES TO WENDOVER CITY LAND USE REGULATIONS BOOK.
